Product Description SilverStar high performance headlights and foglights are the whitest, brightest halogen lamps available. Unparalleled illumination in a 100% street legal lamp. No other lamp on the market comes close!

A bit better, but not great March 26, 2008 Chris Hann (Alameda, CA United States) In these days of $100 35 Watt HID kits, and that's without going to Chinese garbage, it's hard to justify stuffing a pair of these in every six months or so. With the amount of night driving I do I don't get anywhere near a year out of these. The light is slightly whiter and slightly brighter, but not enough to make any claims of HID like performance. I want all the light I can get without upsetting other drivers, so I have persisted with these, but the short life makes the payoff very questionable. I'm trying Osram Ultras next, 65 Watt but more importantly 500 hour life.
Great lights for ML320 - Nice and White!!! March 4, 2008 VRP (Chicago, IL) Just got the Sylvania H7ST Silverstar halogen twin pack. I've used this brand on my 1998 Accord in the past and just installed them on my 2005 ML320. Bright, white, clean look. I highly recommend them if you are looking to replace your factory bulbs. Be warned that the ML320 installation is a pain in the arse!!! Took me about 45 minutes...just so hard to get your hands down in those crevices. Would probably have been easier to remove the coolant tank and some other parts first.
Nice light but doesn't last long, Silverstar Ultra February 27, 2008 W. K. (California, USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Bright and white as advertised. Longer wider beam throw as advertised. I felt it was worth every penny of the $50 I paid for it when I first put it in. Then, only four months later, the left bulb burned out. Reading other reviews with similar premature burnouts, I think Sylvania has a QC or design problem with the Silverstar Ultra series. this might apply to this Silverstar series also since the only difference is the color temp.
upgrade lighting February 18, 2008 Edward Wormuth (Santa Cruz, Ca United States) these lights are definitely an upgrade to the standard bulbs. However this is the 2nd set I have purchased for my SAAB 95 in the last 10 months. So one might consider their limited longevity.
White bright light July 27, 2007 H. Bansal (Wilmington, DE) Put them for low beam on my toyota celica 2000. Made a huge difference from what was on there stock(also from sylvania). Worth the money in my opinion.
